So i have managed to approve a razer mouse RMA using S/N method in only 2 days.
However, i was hoping to get a POD request so i could manipulate it easily.
How can i go about this? They offered POD on a more expensive mouse before but are asking for a return on a cheaper one. Is the SE dead?

For context i used s/n method and edited it onto the product when they asked for photos.
I also had to take a note next to the product with some details they requested.

You mag give a try to box them as it is probably a light mouse, have you tried this method before?
