Alright, what I did with a 65“ TV was the following:
I bought the same TV from eBay/Craigslist with a broken panel but good outer condition.
I then switched the serial number stickers on the back of the TV. So the broken TV has the sticker from the new TV.
Then I claimed the TV arrived damaged.
The company sent me a TNT driver to pick up the broken TV and refunded me the money.
So this procedure basically works with every type of stuff that can arrive damaged and can be found on eBay.
TVs, coffee machines, sound systems, household electronics etc.
