i am doing a mouse in elcorete ingles the total weight of the parcel was 0.5-0.75kg i put the address correct but the floor wrong like 20 when the house had only 4 the delivery guy came and gave me the parcel without any signature or anything i talked to the costumer service this morning by attempting DNA they sent me and email saying "
Dear Customer,

We hope this communication finds you well.

Following your contact, we inform you that the Department has sent us a confirmation of the delivery, which we will send for your consideration.

We are at your disposal for futher inquiries. "
and sent me a pdf from the delvery company i looked at it and idk why but they put my fake signature which i never did in the signature they just wrote my name in a curvy way to look like i signed it but it was cleary not me so i took it as point and i told then that i never recieved the package nor did i signed and the sign was fake and they told me that they are gonnna send this to their logistic department and all so i am just waiting now
