Recently ive ordered 3 pairs of yeezys from adidas and i used DNA on one which i got a refund and the other i tried EB as it was delivered separately and they denied the refund for this and they say We consider this shipping email as the confirmation from our warehouse that the products have been packed and shipped in full. Should i keep insisting on a refund or is it a definite no?

You can definitely pressure them further. From what you have written, it appears that they have failed to provide any evidence of the item being inside the box. I would ask for them to provide further evidence of the item being inside.
