Just file it online at the berlin police office, you can select other districts or unknown location there as well. There's less than 0% chance they'll ever follow up on it.

With amazon prepare for a PR. Better safe than sorry. As for the method, find out if there will be an OTP on delivery. If yes you can't DNA and you should probably go with something different like WIR.

I would definitely sell the iPhone on the grey market anonymously. Dont use your real name, fake the invoice and you are good to go.

Actually you always have to file a PR in the country the crime is committed in, no matter whether you're a resident or not. But the police in Berlin is really generous, you don't even have to submit an id, not even a working email or phone number. In fact they don't check anything and the PR is basically available instantly. So SWIM could just file PR on repeat there
