yhea exactly, but they are adamant in saying that I received it and they can't refund it.

I tried contacting them again via phone and chat, but they say they can't do anything and to write it to the email ticket I have open.
from that ticket I keep getting the same answer, seems like I'm at a dead end

What can I do ?
