Just received my package. Driver delivered to a neighbour few doors away from where I live and took a photo of the parcel inside the doorway and on signatures it said signed by me. Would dna be the way to go ahead with it.

It's not good practice to get the neighbour Involved, so don't DNA It.

The neighbour is my relative so it’s alright. I made a claim for a refund and footlocker denied it. Said proof of delivery was taken. So claim rejected. How do I go about with this. Thanks
