just called them and said the box was empty, and that they will send an email with what they need from me to open an investigation with EVRI. hoping that means what other people said, me sending in my ID and saying they will "collect the box".

hi, just a little update.

still waiting on this, has been nearly 3 weeks since i sent them a photo of the empty box and my ID. taking the piss a little now honestly, have been calling a 2/3 times a week and emailing in to check on the status and they just claim "there has been lots of types of this claim as of recently and we are trying to get to the bottom of it and give you a solution ASAP"
