I just succeeded with a $795 DNA with them, 2 pairs, fresh account, under a week from first contact to refund.

Sweet thanks mate. Is that 795 in total?  I ordered 2 pairs of £910 glasses. Was gonna EB one of them as don’t want to push it….

I'm about to make the purchase and I should have mentioned the whole process could take over a month if they investigate and only offer replacement which is the most likely outcome for high order values. Hopefully we can get lucky with ftid though since that would be a lot faster.

Thanks. Just to clarify, did they ask you to return the EB, and if so, did you do so or say you had binned it or something?

Yes, 2 pairs total, $795 total for the entire order, both were shipped together in the same box.
