All goods go through a rigorous 20-point Inspection prior to dispatch.

I've received so many obviously broken items from Amazon warehouse that I've had to legitimately return or get refunded that I don't buy them anymore.
How long ago did you purchase the last Item?

Last one was about a month ago. Maybe it's just bad luck.
