Been over a week for me for the same investigation I think they’ve now started to assess claims properly.. mine is looking like a fail

Trouble is if they collect the box then sunglasses hut refuse a refund, how are we meant to send them back for a refund, massive L if that happens :/

They have told me that they can only offer a replacement no refund

still waiting for updates from the carrier they say and this is EB

anybody know a law around this?

couldn’t you accept the return, and refund the return?
