I think Nike has changed the way they process claims.
I did DNA in April, took 3 weeks and a BBB complaint to get it resolved.

I was thinking of acting like that with the EU alternative of BBB did you contacted them after made the complaint ?

After 2 weeks of investigation, I opened the BBB complaint and got my refund 48hours later.

They’re always repeating « the senior team is looking at your case… » and it’s been 1 month and didn’t received anything, can I open a complaint ?
