This has been the case with Amazon for a good while now. Personally i would not fake a PR and for me airpods are too low value to warrant filling out a legit one. That said filling out a legit PR will allow you to get your refund.

The problem is it’s the 500$ version of the airpods so I don’t know if i have any other options left. I’ve heard about FTID but i don’t know enough in detail and if it works for amazon or if there is any other method.

FTID is a bit crap tbh. @mothered hates it because it relies on the hope that the delivery driver delivering to the wrong location for V3 I think it is and if it does go to the right place, hoping the workers are braindead. Far too many hopes on other people for my liking. People do get results with it dont get me wrong but I don't like leaving it to chance.
