Hello guys, a friend recommended me this forum and I have a question regarding amazon Germany and refunding

I am planing to buy a GPU which is worth 1500€ and its weight 2kg. They want OTP or a signature when its arrives
My account is 10 years old with two EB refunds in 2016, ever since everything was legit 

Which method is useful? Important note, I don't want to file a PR, since I live with my parents lol. they would send my ass back to my home country

Amazon RTS? LIT, DNA,  but how is that possible without PR? Or WIR?
What would you do?
