The response I had only 3 minutes after sending an Amazon invoice :

"Unfortunately I was unable to find that order number in our system through Amazon, which means that we were not the seller of that unit. With that said you will have to go through Amazon in order to get it replaced under warranty.

We will be more than happy to get that replaced under a one time courtesy however, you would be responsible for shipping charges back to us. We will ship free to you."
