How was the package accepted/delivered?

My brother was handed over to whom I left the otp code, a 10-year-old child to whom I don't think they ask for a signature

A 10-year old Is not an authorized recipient.

Who accepted the package and how?

My brother because I wasn't at home delivered after he called me and said the otp.
How I solved it by making the wrong article method
