I have but I just receive the same bot message of waiting until June 4

It's ridiculous to wait another 6 weeks.

Repeatedly contact every department until you receive an appropriate reply.

I’ll continue to contact them but i just don’t want to miss the return date just in case the refund doesn’t work so idk. This is the last message i received:
