Actually, EVRI don't weigh the parcels, that's why it's not weighted. When you take Yodel or Evri returns to the parcelshop, you just hand it over and thats it. Unlike the post office where they weigh the package and record the weight internally and on the receipt.

I haven’t actually had any prepaid labels weighed by Royal Mail, just scan and pass it over.

Don't they tell you to put the parcel on the scale on the counter? Don't they give you a receipt for proof of postage?
