They all go through the Luxotica Customer Care backend so I have some doubts if this would work since I forgot to change my name on the order lmao. So I have same name, same card, same address, same phone number. I called them and they asked me if I want a reship or refund, but I feel like that's just the easy part, the hard part is if the refund department catches my info matching. I will know in 3-5 days.

The call was extremely quick so it’s obvious to me the front end doesn’t do any investigating, they just process the request.
