On what grounds are they basing their claim/findings?

Sorry I just meant that they said they tried to deliver and I wasn’t in (I was) so it’s going to a pick up point round the corner

See if you can organise a redelivery and if they ring your flat to collect, ask them to leave in the lobby and you will come down to collect shortly as you’re currently on a meeting

Could be one method to consider?

Currently doing a DNA with Nike myself but was delivered via UPS as it was a pair of customs they ship from Vietnam, they haven’t taken any signature or pictures but they have just opened investigation so will update as to what I hear back to see if it helps in yours in how they have handled.
