I chatted with amz rep today and told him I didnt received the item, also my order mark as undeliverable, supposed to arrive yesterfay etc. He said that for them the package shows as delivered. But they ll invesigate and I shoukd contact them 18.04 if I still didnt get it. Is there any chance for refund? I guess it might be too late because Hermes tracking actually says delivered. Should I wait these 3 days and see what happens or just legit return rn?

I would return it. If you say DNA, prepare for PR probably.
