I had that issue, sent in my old jobs payslips, changed the numbers, dates ofc, sent some proof, which was either few years old or switched it up with inspect element from my other bank, worked as a charm.

Nicely done. Im curious what kind of numbers you were doing on the account prior to getting the message. How much would you say was going in and out of your account ?
