Well said. Very rarely will you need to admit defeat. You persist long enough it will most likely work in the end. In regards to EB, I believe you should be targeting to be under the 120g limit yet I do not think that is fixed totally as you can target specific retailers that are particularly relaxed with such terrible reps in such a way. Many clothing companies with PEB fail to assess it fully.

They're basically trying to social engineer you with a message as per the OP's opening post, when It's obviously the other way around. Never take "no" for an answer - push them beyond limits.
