One of my relatives visiting my house ended up signing the package and it was actually from DHL, any way to salvage this other than ftid? I do not know how to ftid Australian labels nor do I want to pay someone to do it for me.

Without even knowing the weight, I can confidently say the shoes are too heavy to EB.

If not I am perfectly fine with returning the package.

If It comes to that, reorder the shoes on a different account and SE It thereafter.
