I can't speak for every company, but they mostly wait for the outcome of the Investigation.

There are Instances where you can push them, and they'll approve the refund prior to the Investigation finalizing.

Well, I have good news!

I contacted them today before breakfast so I was angry hahaha and asked them how long do I have to wait as I have waited long enough already and they asked me to wait  a bit more and I kept on pushing.

Finally, I got an email that my refund has been approved!
