I ordered the oculus its getting shipped with fedex it should arrive by tommorrow. It doesnt say I have to sign or give OTP. If they dont take a picture should I DNA or it might not work or should I EB? @mothered

Okay so it arrived no signature required dropped it off and took a picture sitting at the front door I hopped on chat told them and they said theyre going to investigate with carrier but ill be eligible for refund or replacement in 2 days. So i wait for carrier email or just get my refund in 2 days

It sounds like they'll be Issuing an advance refund/replacement while the Investigation Is still ongoing.
