Ray-Ban's direct - 2 items, $350~, DNA
Amazon - Apple product, DNA
Lululemon - 2 items, DNA
Apple - 3 items, DNA
Farfetch - pending

Have Wayfair and Saks coming in the next week or two, will update then on those, but have had 5+ successful hits with both in the past.

Hi! What method did u use with Farfetch and also was it successful?

I attempted a DNA with Farfetch for $1,200, one item, and was unsuccessful, because Farfetch is not liable for lost/stolen packages, and will not accept responsibility for orders that "do not arrive" - especially if a signature is present, which they require on most shipments.

Some folks on this forum have claimed to have success DNA-ing Farfetch recently, but I am still very skeptical, and would not waste my time if the item can be obtained elsewhere.
They were hellish to deal with - literally had to submit photos of my passport and debit card three times just to get an order through, and their customer service was incompetent at best, literally brainless at worst the entire process from start to finish.
Ultimately, despite the carrier forging my signature - and never being authorized to do so - and photographing/leaving the package sitting in the open, on the fucking walkway to my townhouse block - not even my porch - they stood firm on the fact that their TOS states they are not liable for lost/stolen packages, and once a package is "marked delivered by the carrier at the address on the order, we are no longer responsible, and liability passes onto you."
I continued to press them - because they had no valid proof and I knew this factually, I didn't sign for the package or authorize the carrier to forge my signature, nor should that be considered valid delivery, and they doubled down with:
"Due to the contract we have with FedEx, when there's valid proof of delivery (the location of delivery matches and there's a signature) we are unable to issue a claim. Please note as per the terms and conditions, anyone can sign the package and doesn't need to be the name of the receiver in the package."

I continued, and said, "So, you're essentially telling me that a stranger on the street could walk up to the delivery driver, sign for my package, and walk away with it, and as long as it occurred at the delivery stop for my address, that's a valid delivery?" - and was basically told "yes" and that it was "my responsibility to ensure no one else signed for the package if I didn't want it to be given to anyone else."

Madness.

Granted, I attempted a $1,200 item, but it was one item - a pair of shoes - and given the average item cost in their catalog, this shouldn't have been a "huge" purchase. Perhaps you'd have luck on small dollar orders/items, but the way their customer service was to interact with, I wouldn't try my luck - slow, rude, incompetent, etc. - especially since their policies on DNA are very clear.

Thank you for taking your time to explain all the stuff that has happened. I was looking to try a different method for Farfetch, but it involves a Paypal claim, hence you can't abuse them. You basically order a bunch of stuff you need and claim one of them was not authentic, and request to return everything. You will need to fake a legit check of course. Then PayPal will agree to issue a refund ( because Farfetch doesn't even bother to respond to that claim ) only if you ship everything back. You can, of course, put crap inside the package and submit everything back, PayPal will check the tracking number and if it's trackable they will refund you everything.
This method could actually work because I heard Farfetch doesn't even accept the returned package, but the package must be shipped to their Portugal address.
