Hi, I just got delivered a package from Tommy Hilfiger via Parcelforce. Value of the order was around 200 pounds, the courier just left it in front of my door, no signature. The items are 2 shirts and a pack of boxers. I was wondering what the best way to proceed here is? I've heard Tommy is easy with PEB, but has anyone had experiences with DNA ing them? I feel like the conditions for that are set up quite well.

Scenario is perfect for a DNA, no signature, have they uploaded a photo? Even if they have it doesn’t mean you received it physically, anyone could have potentially taken it.
