They didn’t receive a reply within the 2 day window they gave me so issued me a refund today, I’m not sure if this is the same with other companies but a potential loophole for an easy SE.

I'd say they simply approved the refund without confirming It via email or otherwise.

2-0 in my SE journey so far with a value for £350. Hoping to add £170 with zara within the coming days, I’ll update you on that one too.

And bang, 3-0 in my SE journey £450 so far.

Zara DNA was done through the live chat, they asked for 24 hours and did this for a full week until this morning, when I contacted them this morning they said there was evidence of delivery, it was a picture of a note which I put up saying to leave near the bins, which obviously is not proof of delivery. They escalated it and within 6 hours I received an email stating I would receive a full refund.

Also was my method of putting a note saying to leave by the bins if there was no answer a good idea as there is no proof I was the one who put the note there?
