Ordered a set, they provide it with two easter themed gift-sets, tried to claim PEB, they asked for a photo inside a box and a photo of  label, guy said he will contact via email, got this as an answer:

In this case, my order review team has informed me that we will not be able to process the refund for you. Our system shows that the set was included in the delivery box. And during our conversation, you confirmed that the box was not damaged or had been opened.
I can understand your disappointment, that we are not going to process the refund, you can of course get in touch with your card provider to make a claim through them for the refund.
