Would DNA or Boxing be best?

No point asking about the DNA when you haven't conclusively established that the company Is liable for lost shipments.

In terms of boxing, what's the weight and dimensions of the camera?

Total kit is about 1200g (Lens and Camera), shipped package is ~5000g, 2.5kg
They "seem" responsible for DNA, but after research they seem like they are pretty hard with it, and would rather not do any PRs if possible. I think boxing wouldnt need any action from my side after shipping the return.
Any other ideas?

Have you thought about buying a carrier scan from someone? I have been thinking of Jessops in the uk with DPD courier.
