In that case and given ID Is purely visually checked (not copied), It can be DNA'd.

There Is question as to whether CCTV can capture IDs to the point of being legible In the footage, but I've yet to come across any that can.

I'm pretty sure it's not, since the camera isn't even located exactly where I'm picking up the package. Moreover, in 90% of the cases, the shopkeeper just asks for a name and does not ask for any ID.
