You won't win this case. FTID will not work on an account that has been taken over by OFM. Confirmed. I had the same case where after delivery of the item they closed my account and even though they didn't find an FTID envelope they still didn't grant a refund despite 2 months of trying. They kept saying they wouldn't give a refund until they received the item. They check the weight of the package and see that it was empty.

I hope this message finds you well. I appreciate your input on the issue with FTID and OFM. However, I believe there may have been some misunderstanding. In my experience, I have successfully obtained a refund for an account taken over by OFM and continue to fix similar issues.

The issue I am describing in my thread is different from what you mentioned. The problem is that Amazon claims they never received the return even though tracking shows it was delivered.

I cannot speak for the EU, but for US/CA the time-period for chargeback is 120 days. Hopefully you're still within that time frame.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the chargeback time-frame in the US/CA. I generally try to avoid chargebacks whenever possible. However, I did reach out to Revolut for assistance in case the seller was unresponsive and the transaction became too drawn out. Revolut assured me that I could always refer back to our chat for help.
