It falls on the driver failing to deliver your meal, which will Impact him/her on a personal level.

from experience I have some friends that told me they get affected with doordash, but Uber Eats doesn't care
I come from a relatively small town and back when the DNA claims were managed by a bot I did 100+ of them on the same 2 or 3 drivers and they never got any issue
