I just SE’d some AirPod pros with EB method.
I originally called and they said the weight matched and it was delivered so I had to file a PR, I was fine with this however I thought I would try in the live chat and see if I had any luck. I done this and after I selected the parcel being empty selection, they said I would be refunded before I was connected to a real life agent.

Since I got 2 different answers I’m not sure wheat the outcome would be, can you help/offer any advice?

Did live chat provide a date of when the refund will be processed and/or cleared Into your account?

I called them again and asked the status they told me I would be issued a refund in 5-7 days and got an email confirming this.
