Hey people,

I am attempting a DNA for an SSD from WD in DE. Received a small, light weight package on Friday, waited until Monday to contact the customer support via chat.

I asked them when will I receive my package and then they said it has already been delivered. I said I did not and they asked me to check with the neighbours. I said I do not have neighbours as it is a single house.

They have opened an investigation with UPS and asked me to wait 10 days! I said 10 days is a long time and I need the SSD, they asked for my phone number which I shared with them and escalated the issue.

I had ordered the SSD using the student discount so maybe it seems legit.
