so it's been a long time sorry guys, I made a police report but in fact the document I have to send to amazon should be a report after the investigation except the problem I told is that I didn't receive the iphone in the box, so an investigation can't be done because it's not a theft I suffered directly so I won't be able to provide the police report which is the document I can't get.

In the meantime I ordered sealing stickers on aliexpress and I sent back my sealed iphone box with my old iphone in it I'm waiting to see if they check or not, I think I'll get my refund.

I took the liberty of sending back the iphone because amazon didn't understand my problem, they always thought I hadn't received it, so I sent it back saying that it was my little cousin who had received it for me and that I thought I hadn't received it and that in the meantime I had bought another one.
