How long do refunds take from online chat approving to actually receiving the money back?

I guess there is no simple answer to this and different sites take different times..

I was told yesterday, money would be in my account. Today still nothing.

Today told to check with my bank, but they haven't sent an email about refunds, nor have they shown anything on account.

I'm wondering if it's a delay tac-tic and Monday will be another story..?

This was a paypal payment, not from bank, so would assume fairly quick..

It really depends, for example - Asos ,debit card refunds appeared on next day, sometimes on 2nd day, but on paypal it was like almost a week. So it depends
