So I shouldn't try and push more to use their policy as it states that hazmat is not returnable?

Try pushing them and If they refuse to budge, box them - easily done.

Even if boxing, how would I do that, as I tried to avoid it, even though I've read about it.

I did read the blog. I think I will try to box them. However, is there any process after it? Like do they refund once they see the package at the warehouse or they will contact me and ask why the box is empty?
