[mothered]

After nearly a month of constant pressure on Notino, I finally received my cash refund, i think they were hoping I forget by constantly telling me they will have an outcome in x amount of days then giving radio silence, to combat this I pressured with an email a day from 2 different emails and today I got the update that they’ll process my refund.

Congrats.

A job very well done Indeed on your end.

Never take no for an answer.

Where have I heard that before?
