this is my fiorts time SE'ing some company i did it with my keyboard so now they sended me this email:

The pictures should also include a handwritten note with your full name and today's date.
In order to assist you further, please provide us with your full name, address (incl. Street, House number, City, Postcode, Country) and telephone number.
As soon as we have this information, we can pass your case on to our RMA Department.

So are they asking for my keyboard to be send it back? theres anyway into bypass this? do i use my fake number and a  pick up point?
because im doing with my keyboards s/n.

Bro I just did this with Razer I found one online for a mouse photoshopped a pic of the case number and provided my shipping info and everything They gave me a RMA but now Im stuck at where they want me to ship it back im not sure what I should do here
