im gonna respond to the amazon specialists and tell them they closed my account on false grounds as you have stated before. This specific account has only been used to SE twice, first one failed and now im not getting my refund so hopefully do smth abt it. Btw what do i say if i want to return the item and get my money back since they think i dont have the item?
