Very instructive. Okay so, when you order the cpu or other PC parts. What story would you tell to the rep ? You just say its broken or something like that ?

Open a dispute, select dispute reason as item came already defective. Photoshop damage, and complain. Thats it. But keep in mind that you need to photoshop the damage in a way they dont need to have the item returned.

Are you reporting this dispute directly to revolut? Or do you first start a dispute on aliexpres and then transfer it to revolut?
