Yeah I'll try DNA first. If that doesn't work will try EB or damaged with another rep. Then empty envelope return and finally chargeback.

As for the item, it is a jacket so it weighs quite a bit.

Update us when you can! I think I'm going to do a bit more research but I am looking at DNAing under $500 item. Just have to make sure everything is set before moving forward. Hopefully it isn't too difficult--can't imagine shit customer service for already overpriced items.

Don't be afraid to try a place blind. Someone has to try it.
Just because there aren't any reports on a place doesn't mean its hard. It's usually the opposite and  means it hasn't been hit hard so a DNA is easy.

Failed for me lol tried DNA and they told me that they looked at tracking and package shows as delivered so they are not responsible

I just did DNA a couple hours ago and the rep asked me the same old did you ask family members or neighbors? Said no and got a reship already processed.
She didn't offer me a refund so I assume she is encouraging me to double dip and so I will.
