I sent the PR to the email listed, got another copy paste response from CS email and replied to them the exact same thing with the PR. Didn't hear anything back for a week (didn't chase as life was super busy) and finally contact chat today asking for an update and expressing my frustration in the lack of contact and the agent said they will personally be checking the PR with the police and will get back to me by end of the day with an update on refund.Your claim Is heading In the right direction so far.
So fingers crossed its looking positive...
@mothered
This Is a prime example of why I keep reiterating to never falsify a PR:
Quote:the agent said they will personally be checking the PR with the police
Got the following back from CS -
"I have contacted the police and I was unable to validate the report due to data protection. To resolve this issue, I kindly request you to contact the police and get a confirmation email regarding the investigation status or contact us after xxxxx for best possible resolution"
I sent the correcspondence to CS, and spoke on chat about next steps, first person I spoke to said they'd check the email and contact me about response/refund, then another person said they were going to try to verify the PR over the phone again...and worst case wait over a month to resolve
I'm hoping I won't have to wait that long?!
@mothered
Get In touch again and tell them of your compliance, as well as It being their responsibility to deal with the PR and see the claim through to the end.
