They have replied,

"Hope this email finds you well.
We need the product for investigation."

I already said that I would be glad to send it more than once.... My question is will I be refunded before the package arrives?
They have already replied again,

"Regarding the reimburse, we can only reimburse after the analyzation/investigation of the gillettes.
I will arrange a packet to be sent to you so you can send the gillette to us."

They also want to contact me.

How should I proceed?
