Im currently trying to hit logitech on a G29
im awaiting there 48/72h message
Ive seen some people say they had to wait 3-6 weeks and then asked for an escalation and got their replacement/refund imediately.
Should i do that if it takes a long time?
Also in regards to the video proof i might be asked for, whats the best option? i heard corrupted files dont work anymore.
Just looking for some toughts on this matter
