This was the response given to me (which is complete bs might I add lol) how should I respond?

Please contact them as soon as possible to open a case. If they would like to get in touch with Facebook to work with our security team, please have them contact us through their official government email."

Ask them why your request for the said Information cannot be provided, specifically where It states In their policy that they're unable to assist you under the given circumstances.
