It's still working at the time of this post.

After about 2 weeks just got this response,

"Thank you for giving us time to complete our review.

Our team has been doing an in-depth investigation into this matter and we’ve been unable to find any potential concerns linking back to the courier.

During our investigation, we’ve also discovered a lot of deliveries being reported as missing or opened from prior orders that either you have placed or others had placed from your area.

While we won’t be able to issue a refund or replacement for this claim, this is a serious issue that needs to be handled by your local authorities. Please contact them as soon as possible to open a case.

If they would like to get in touch with Meta Store Support to work with our security team, please have them contact us through their official government email.

Thank you for your understanding"

How should I follow up? Currently, all blame is on them based on the original chat and I know it should be them dealing with it, just not sure what to write for a response

are they talking with regards to the courier when saying "During our investigation, we’ve also discovered a lot of deliveries being reported as missing or opened from prior orders that either you have placed or others had placed from your area" or have you done them a few times in your area (meta)

Yes, they're talking in regards of the courier I'm pretty sure, This is the first time I've went trying to hit something so not even sure where they're getting this from
