Going to try "unauthorized" transaction case reason since I did place the order from another IP address in a different city

The unauthorized approach failed and I got customer service to return me to "Item not described". I just said I received incorrect items (colour or quality control issues). If I'm prompted to return these items, will an empty box shipped to the same zip code in the area work? Or will the package have to be the same weight as what I received?
